Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Manage button in the MyOracle app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. You can also email us at contact@myoracle.me and we will process your cancellation within 1 business day.
When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to all paid features until that date. After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. No further charges will be made.
Refund Eligibility
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. To request a refund, email contact@myoracle.me with the subject line "Refund Request".
Beyond the 14-day window, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. We will also issue a full refund if:
- The service was not provided with due care and skill
- The service is not fit for the purpose we described
- There was a billing error or you were charged incorrectly
- You experienced a major technical failure that prevented use during your billing period
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@myoracle.me with your account email address and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Free Tier
The Free tier does not require payment and is not subject to this refund policy. Free tier users can access the service at no cost with no billing commitment.
Promotional & Free-Access Codes
If your subscription was activated using a 100%-off promo code (card-free access), no charge was made to any payment method and there is therefore nothing to refund. You may cancel the subscription at any time from account settings. If the code was a partial percentage discount, any charge that was processed is refundable under the standard 14-day window above. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
