1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using MyOracle (myoracle.me), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Service Description

MyOracle is a cosmic intelligence platform that uses astrological calculations and AI to generate readings across life domains. The service includes birth chart analysis, domain scoring, predictive timing, and an AI chat assistant.

Entertainment Disclaimer: All readings, scores, and predictions generated by MyOracle are for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are NOT financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Probability scores are algorithmically generated from celestial mechanics data. Celestial mechanics do not determine real-world outcomes. Always consult qualified professionals for important decisions.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years of age to use MyOracle. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at contact@myoracle.me of any unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

MyOracle offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.

Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew each month at the then-current price unless you cancel before the next billing date. You will be charged on the same date each month. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

Tiers: Free (US$0), Basic (US$9.99/mo), Plus (US$19.99/mo), Pro (US$29.99/mo), Pro+ (US$39.99/mo). All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, including GST for Australian residents, may apply.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via the "Manage Subscription" button in your account settings or through the Stripe billing portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose; scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code; resell or commercially exploit the service without permission; use automated tools beyond normal usage patterns; interfere with or disrupt the service; upload malicious content or exploit vulnerabilities; harass other users; or impersonate another person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

The MyOracle engine, algorithms, UI design, branding, and all content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any data you provide (birth data, chat messages, preferences). By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process this data solely for the purpose of delivering the MyOracle service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyOracle's total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot be excluded by agreement.

11. Privacy

Your use of MyOracle is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time via account settings or by emailing contact@myoracle.me. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.

14. Geographic Restrictions & Sanctions Compliance

MyOracle operates in compliance with applicable economic sanctions and export control laws, including those administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT), and the European Union.

The Service is not available to users located in, organised under the laws of, or resident in the following sanctioned countries or regions: Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, the Crimea region of Ukraine, the Donetsk People's Republic, and the Luhansk People's Republic. This list may be updated as sanctions regimes change.

By using MyOracle, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, organised under the laws of, or a resident of any sanctioned country or region listed above, and that you are not named on any denied-party or restricted-party list maintained by OFAC, DFAT, or equivalent authority. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe a user is in violation of this section.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email. Continued use of MyOracle after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
